OUR LEADER DEVELOPMENT MODEL
Our leader development model centers on the individual and unfolds in three clear stages of Assess, Train, and Coach, backed by organizational Awareness, Feedback, and Mentorship.
We start the developmental process with our customized Leader 360° assessment that gathers input from supervisors, peers, and direct reports to map a leader’s strengths and growth areas. Next, those insights drive targeted individual and group training activities.
Throughout, our certified coaches guide leaders through one-on-one sessions that turn concepts into action. Between meetings, leaders pilot new approaches in their daily work, such as refining stakeholder engagement or leading data-driven planning, and then debrief results with their coach.
Awareness is created by stakeholder around organizational goals, foster ongoing Feedback and Mentorship through management involvement. This integrated approach delivers practical, measurable leadership growth and embeds new capabilities into your organization’s culture.
