1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in courses, memberships, or purchasing digital products from CoachPathway Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Disability, Discrimination, and DEIJ Statement

CoachPathway Academy is committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable learning environment for all participants. We comply with all applicable laws ensuring accessibility for individuals with disabilities and prohibit discrimination based on race, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, national origin, disability, or veteran status. Participants requiring accommodations are encouraged to contact us in advance to discuss their needs.

3. Products and Services

We provide digital coaching courses, training materials, memberships, and other educational content to improve coaching skills. All products are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

4. Enrollment Agreement

By enrolling, participants agree to adhere to course policies, attendance requirements, and code of conduct. This includes active participation, timely assignment completion, and respectful interactions with peers and faculty. Full payment is required to secure enrollment. Non-compliance may result in removal from the program.

5. Payment and Fees

Payments must be made in U.S. dollars via approved methods (credit card, electronic transfer, etc.) according to the fee schedule provided before enrollment. Our fees are transparent and include tuition, materials, coaching, and administrative costs.

6. Refund Policy

  • Full refunds are available only if a written withdrawal request is submitted at least 14 days prior to course start.

  • No refunds are issued for withdrawals less than 14 days before the course begins.

  • Refund requests are processed within 30 days.

  • Membership and digital course purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

7. Transfer and Partial Completion Policies

  • Registration may be transferred to another course if availability exists.

  • We do not accept transfer credits from other coaching programs.

  • Partial completion certificates may be requested within 30 days post-course, subject to approval.

8. Access to Content

Upon purchase, participants receive access to course materials for the agreed period. Account credentials must be kept confidential. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is prohibited.

9. Illness and Absence Policy

Participants must notify instructors immediately of illness or emergencies. Missed content may require make-up work or rescheduling. Extended absences are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Complaint and Grievance Policy

Participants are encouraged to address concerns first with the instructor. If unresolved, a written grievance may be submitted within 7 days to the program manager. A response will be provided within 14 days. Appeals can be submitted if unsatisfied, with a final decision within 30 days.

11. Ethical Marketing

We adhere to ethical marketing practices in line with ICF standards. We commit to transparency in pricing, outcomes, and advertising without manipulative tactics.

12. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, logos, and trademarks are owned by CoachPathway Academy or licensors and protected by law. Copying, distributing, or creating derivative works without permission is prohibited.

13. User Conduct

Participants agree to use services lawfully and respectfully, avoiding actions such as unauthorized access, sharing login information, distributing content, or posting offensive material.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our services and content are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of any kind. CoachPathway Academy is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the services.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use indicates acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State]. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts therein.
